• A (high-res) digital file of your illustration in jpg or pdf format

Process

1. Once you have made your purchase, I will be in touch to start planning your pet portrait
2. I will request a handful of photos and also like to find out a bit about your furry friend before commencing
3. You will be updated regularly, at each stage of the process to allow opportunity to give feedback.
4. Once complete, I will send you a low-res version of the illustration for approval before sending the final digital file (and posting a physical print, if selected).

FAQs

1. Can I add my pet’s name and additional decor?
   Yes, of course. Your pet’s name and a simple background are included, if you so desire.
2. What is the turnaround time like?
   Generally, about 3 weeks excluding the time it takes to ship. However, my schedule varies so if you are concerned about delivery dates or require a rush job, please get in touch – I can usually work something out for you!
